There were four of us at Cheers on October 2nd, 2020. We were very dissatisfied. We hadn't noticed that the owner apparently changed. For one thing, the owner had no mouth and nose protection, which surprised us. The food (3 hamburgers 1 schnitzel) came quite quickly, but mostly wrong. As the plates were cleared, no one even asked whether it tasted good. As we expressed our displeasure with the bad hamburgers, the owner pretended that it was normal. It's a shame ....

Super relaxed location. Good burger and beer. It is best to visit with friends.

Did not receive what was ordered. One burger had raw fatty bacon on it. He didn't see the pan. The waiter was quickly gone for the second order. Had to run twice in this regard.

Cheers Big Burger with French fries is definitely recommended ✌️

As a Frankfurt resident, I can't understand the hype about the store at all. I don't think I have eaten a worse burger in my life. You won't find any freshness here. Furnishing and cleanliness are also not very important here. So at home I get burgers myself that taste a lot better. The service could hardly speak German and was very tough, but still seemed nice and hard-working. The 2 stars are there for the good fries.

Super friendly team. The 300g rump steak was awesome. Exactly as ordered, tender as butter and very tasty. We will be back!

On my part, only to be recommended, especially every Wednesday Schnitzeltag, with really reasonable prices! Different lunch menus, with great service, a small and cozy atmosphere or environment. The train station is right next door, so you don't have to take a walk to fall into the train! If you are there, have a look and taste it!

So far ordered 3 times by phone to pick up, 3 times received wrong food. What else can I say?

Sunday, 11.30 clock there. Service was nice and super friendly .... Have eaten cheeseburgers with chips. Food was adequate, and the burger was delicious .... only to be recommended ....
